FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC AYEDE RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications Are Invited for 2024/2025 admission into national diploma full-timea and daily part-time programmes of the federal polytechnic,Ayede, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Procedure for Application

1 Candidates interested in the Full-Time Programmes, who must have written the 2024/2025 UTME and scored 120 and above, can now apply for a Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal and choose Federal Polytechnic, Ayede as their First Choice (for candidates who did not choose the Institution as their First Choice).

2 Applicants may thereafter proceed to http://www.federalpolyayede.edu.ng to purchase and complete the Post-UTME form for Two Thousand naira (N2,000.00) only (excluding remita and administrative charges).

3. Applicants for both Full-Time and Daily Part-Time ND Programmes must possess five (5) “O” Level Credit passes in relevant subjects at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB, etc. To apply for the Daily Part-Time Programme, applicants must first login to http://caps.jamb.gov.ng and complete the relevant procedure.

Thereafter, proceed to the polytechnic Website: http://www.federalpolyayede.edu.ng to purchase and complete the Application Form for Ten Thousand naira (N10,000.00) only (excluding remita and administrative charges).

Only online payment through the Admission Application Portal is valid.
